A: Typically, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing time may take longer.

Q: Are there any additional shipping charges?
A: Orders containing oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges based on weight and dimensions. If applicable, these fees will be communicated at checkout or via email.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled only while still processing and may be subject to a cancellation surcharge.
Once an order is processed or in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

Q: Do the badminton racquets come pre-strung?
A: No, they do not come pre-strung. However we can you help string it before shipping, at an additional charge. Please communicate your request to do so via email after your order.
